I just got my braces put on today and it was definitely a fun experience!!! The whole team welcomes you into their office and the energy and vibe is very great!! This was my second time visiting them and katie helped me out a lot today. She did my x-rays and put my braces on. It was the first time for me, and everything was easy and simple. They Get you in & out quickly but still making sure everything is correct with your braces. I’d recommend this place to anybody!!! More

I recently relocated to AR and had a bit of an emergency with my braces. I called their emergency number and Amy agreed to meet me on Saturday to accommodate my needs. I’ve since visited a couple of times and staff was very friendly, cheerful, and they treated me like family! More

This office runs like a well oiled machine. Dr. Ashcraft is excellent at what he does and has a well trained staff! My teeth are perfect and I tell everyone I know to go see Dr. Ashcraft and his staff. I never had any trouble with my braces (other than when I bit into a frozen snickers). They gave me a list of foods to avoid and I obviously didn't do that :) I didn't like my retainers, at first but now I just sleep in them so that isn't too bad. If you want a perfect smile without having to sell your first born, this is the place to go!!!! More

I did not get to finish out my braces treatment with Dr. Ashcraft due to my financial restraints. However, it was completely my own situation. Dr. Ashcraft will work with you financially, his staff is professional and awesome at what they do. He is also very professional, personalble, and awesome. I would highly recommend him and his staff!!! More

First let me say this, like I have seen other reviews saying the staff in the back are very pleasant to be around, nice, courteous, and very friendly, I would agree and I haven’t really ran into rudeness at the front desk BUT however since COVID has started I was not informed on anything. My daughter had an appointment, they didn’t call to let me know they had shut down and will try to reschedule in the future after knowing a little more information. I had to call them and got the automated recording that their office was closed. Then didn’t get a call to let us know they had reopened and if we needed anything as far as fixing braces or other problems with her braces, THEN they didn’t call to let us know they where now able to remove braces now, I once again had to call them!! I know there have records of their patients and they should have on of the staff members at least calling patients. Who knows, we could have had her braces off by now and I've being waiting several months wondering about this information. The last phone conversation I had with their office the lady said they would inform me when they moved into the phase where they could start removing braces, but no call. I had to call them!!! It’s a little frustrating when there is no communication. More

Dr. Ashcraft and his staff made a huge difference in my life by providing me a confident smile. The office takes payment plans to work with your budget and his staff is second to none. They are always available for emergencies, questions and if you have any dental aversions they make it painless. My only complaint is I can't have them as a dentist. My orthodontic treatment is coming to and end and I'm going to miss this amazing office! More

My son, who has oral sensory issues and is oral defensive, completed his step one of braces today. We talked all about steps this morning. He did so great!!! The staff put him at ease by carefully explaining everything and being very gentle. They did such an amazing job!! They were very patient, compassionate and caring. They explained every step and showed him everything they were going to do before they did it. That helped calm his anxiety tremendously. They are going to do small steps to get him used to the process and not overwhelm him. We'll go back in 6 weeks to do another step. They were so careful with what materials they put in his mouth, the textures bother him orally, I just can't say enough about Dr. Ashcraft and his team!!! They were able to take something he normally would fear and turn it into something he enjoyed! They even came in early to be able to get more kids in and started before school starts!! He is SO excited about his braces, and looking forward to his next appointment!! More

I am on the Invisalign treatment through Dr. Ashcraft's office and staff. I have been treated with such kindness and understanding, as well as having been placed on a payment plan for my treatment. This doctor has great empathy and really cares if you are hurting or not. I am on Invisalign to help correct my TMJ and severe migraines. I've already had such dramatic results with a decrease in my migraines by about 60 percent ! Anyone with migraines understands how debilitating they can become. I'd like to thank Dr. Ashcraft and the lovely staff for helping my quality of life become so much better! And my bonus is that my teeth are looking GREAT ! More

He has a very respectful staff and all orders were submitted and returned back to me in a timely matter.(retainers) More
