The Ashcraft Ortho Team - Our Team

We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! As a team, we are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home. Amy – Office Manager
Amy started in orthodontics as a chairside assistant in 1984. She has been employed at Ashcraft Orthodontics since July of 1991. She is now the office manager and takes care of day-to-day office functions, but she still enjoys working directly with patients when possible. She has two grown daughters, Aliece & Faith, one son-in-law, Lane, and a daughter-in-law, Kayleigh. She loves to travel, spend time at the lake, and spend time with her family.

Audrey – Treatment & Financial Coordinator, Invisalign Coordinator
Audrey started in orthodontics as a file clerk with Ashcraft Orthodontics in June of 2000. She is now the treatment & financial coordinator and takes care of patient accounts and insurance filing. She also coordinates all of our Invisalign cases. She and her husband, Michael, have three children. She and her husband love watching their children in various sports and volunteering at their church.

Becky – Records and Imaging Coordinator
Becky began with Ashcraft Orthodontics as a file clerk in May of 2007. Once we started electronic records, Becky became our records and imaging coordinator, and takes care of all electronic images and records in our office. She has five children and six grandchildren.

Sherri – Scheduling Coordinator
Sherri started in the dental field in 1991. She moved to orthodontics at Ashcraft Orthodontics in April of 2011. She is our scheduling coordinator, and whether you're calling on the phone or coming into the office, she is one of the first smiles you encounter. She and her husband, Curt, have four children.

Julie – Orthodontic Assistant/ Lab Technician
Julie started in orthodontics as a chairside assistant in 1977. She moved to Ashcraft Orthodontics in May of 1993. She is now our primary lab technician, and occasionally still works as a chairside assistant with patients. She has three children: Amy, Aaron, and Audrey.

Erika – Orthodontic Assistant
Erika started with Ashcraft Orthodontics as a chairside assistant in May of 2006. She has two children and two "fur-children,” both schnauzers named Toby and Finn. She also has two grown children, and two grandchildren.

Aliece – Orthodontic Assistant/Operatory Supervisor
Aliece started with Ashcraft Orthodontics in 2003 as a file clerk. She is now a chairside orthodontic assistant and has been since September of 2007. She has two "fur children,” both chihuahuas named Pickle and Cartman.

Brittany – Orthodontic Assistant
Brittany started with Ashcraft Orthodontics as a chairside assistant in 2016. She has 2 children, a son named Korbin and a daughter named Piper. In her free time, she enjoys, hunting, fishing, canoeing, hiking, camping, and floating the river.

Tamra – Orthodontic Assistant
Tamra joined our team in 2018. She has been an orthodontic assistant since 2014. She has one child named Kaden. She enjoys taking photos and being outdoors.

Jessie – Orthodontic Assistant
Jessie joined our team in 2018 as a chairside assistant. She has worked in the dental field since 2011. She enjoys going to the lake with friends, fishing, get-togethers with family & friends, and if she didn't already mention it...fishing! She has 1 "fur-baby" who is her "ride or die" named Frankie Jo.

Faith – Scheduling Coordinator
Faith is our scheduling coordinator, and whether you're calling on the phone or coming into the office, she is one of the first smiles you encounter. She and her husband, Lane, have 3 “fur-children”. She enjoys reading, traveling, camping, and spending time with her family.

Alex – Orthodontic Assistant
Alex is a chairside assistant. She is married with two “fur-children”. She loves being out in the sunshine and spending time with family and friends.

Kevin – Laboratory Tech
Kevin has over 30 years experience fabricating orthodontic appliances. He is married and has a 19-year-old son and as he says "way too many dogs". During his time off he enjoys eating, sleeping and looking at screens.
